विश्व हिंदू परिषद एवं बजरंग दल द्वारा राम मंदिर बनवाने के लिए जो लोग वॉलेंटियर के रूप में अयोध्या भेजे गए थे, उन्हें कार सेवक कहा गया। उन्ही में से 1991 में बजरंग दल के विभाग संयोजक बने श्री अवध बिहारी मिश्रा के मुताबिक वह सौभाग्यशाली हैं कि उन्हें रामलला की प्रतिमा को हाथों से लगभग ३ घंटे तक उठाने का मौका मिला था।
